The Line

Everyone on Cape Cod is aware of Route 6, the transportation vein that runs the length of the Cape’s “arm”. There is also an electricity vein that runs down that arm: just as essential, less obtrusive.  We take it for granted.

This collection traces the power line the length of the Cape, from the imposing double transmission line that spans the Cape Cod Canal to the unremarkable wooden poles that slink into Provincetown.
