Mark Farber’s work is about place, as experienced, inhabited, or shaped by people. His contemporary landscape photographs examine the built with the natural environment, and his travel images capture the dignity of individuals with respect and affection as well as the places they live and work.

He has studied at the New England School of Photography, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Griffin Museum of Photography, Photographic Resource Center, Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center, and Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill.
